2019 Nevada Police & Fire Games Men’s

 Open/Masters/Women’s Open

All registrations must be completed and paid by July 4, 2019 in order to guarantee your requested t-shirt size.  After that date, we cannot guarantee your size will be available when you check in.

Effective July 16, 2019 a late fee of $10 will be added to each registration.



**Men’s - The top 9 Teams from men’s division will advance to the 9 TEAM “A” FLIGHT Double Elimination. Teams
will be seed 1-9 based on record and run differential.  The bottom 5 Teams from men’s division will
advance to the 10 TEAM “B” FLIGHT Double
Elimination (Includes 5 Men’s Over 40). The
10 Teams will be seeded #1-#10 based on record
and run differential, and the Men’s Over 40 Single Elimination finish.   

 

**Master’s teams will be seeded 1-6 into a Single Elimination
bracket based on record and run differential.

 



















**Women’s team will be seeded 1-3 into a double elimination bracket
based on record and run differential.

EVENT INFORMATION FOR THE 2019 GAMES

ALL GAMES WILL BE PLAYED AT NIGHT STARTING AT APPROXIMATELY 5 PM.   WHEN THE BRACKETING IS COMPLETE FOR  MENS OPEN, CO-ED, WOMEN AND 40 AND OVER, IT WILL BE DETERMINED AT THAT TIME WHAT GROUP(S) WILL START FIRST.


IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE TWO FORMS OF PICTURE ID DURING CHECK IN (ONE OF WHICH MUST BE POLICE OR FIRE ID)

If you are registering as a spouse and your spouse will not be with you at check-in to provide their work ID, you must provide a copy of your spouse’s work ID.  If your last names are not the same, a copy of your marriage license will be required.  Spouses of non-commissioned employees are not eligible to participate.  Thank you for your understanding.

*Coaches* - This year you will not have access to your team account.  If yo need information at any time as far as who has registered just email us at npafnv@npaf.net and we will get that information to you.

EVENT INFORMATION

This will be a Demarini/Miken/Worth bat provided tournament.  Players may use their own bats in the batting cages but will not be permitted to use them during the tournament.

All players must check-in at registration at the Gold Coast Casino prior to the first game to receive their wristband.  NO CHECK-IN - NO PLAY - NO EXCEPTIONS

ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE ID ON THEM AT THE FIELDS FOR ROSTER CHECKS.  IF A PLAYER DOES NOT HAVE ID AVAILABLE, THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY.  ELIGIBILITY AND ID'S WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED THROUGHOUT THE TOURNAMENT.

Mens 40 and Over will play each other for the medals.  

No roster limit.
