All registrations must be completed and paid by June 1, 2020 in order to guarantee your requested t-shirt size. After that date, we cannot guarantee your size will be available when you check in.
Effective June 8, 2020 a late fee of $10 will be added to each registration.
IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE TWO FORMS OF PICTURE ID DURING CHECK IN (ONE OF WHICH MUST BE POLICE OR FIRE ID)
Attention: If you are registering as a spouse and your spouse will not be with you at check-in to provide their work ID, you must provide a copy of your spouse’s work ID. If your last names are not the same, a copy of your marriage license will be required. Spouses of non-commissioned employees are not eligible to participate. Thank you for your understanding.

Brief description:
The competition this
year will host teams of 3 males or 3 females. One athlete per team must
represent active duty/retired Police, Fire or Federal personnel—check the
Eligibility page of the website for more detail.
The competition includes
4 workouts, with 7 scored events over the course of one day. There will be medals awarded for the top 3 teams in each division plus
additional prizes as well! Each registered team will receive a swag bag full of
goodies.

Registration is
limited to 225 total participants (75 teams of 3), so be sure to register as
soon as possible! After the workouts are
released, if your team needs to switch divisions, please let Mollie
know—requests can be granted but no later than 7 days before the event.
The workouts will be
released 30 days before the event.
Standards are below—you should be able to do the following movements at
the weights listed for each division.
These weights are anticipated to be used inside a metcon, and not as a
1RM limit:

Schedule of Events:
This will be a 1 Day Event.
Event 1 will begin promptly at 6:30 AM.
During registration, the team captain must select what time their
team wants to perform the first workout. The options are: 6:30 am, 6:50 am,
7:10 am, and 7:30am. Registering for
the first event is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Your team MUST be present at least
20 minutes before the first workout.
Opening Ceremonies will follow the first workout and commence
at 8:30 am.
All other heat assignments will be done by CFRA personnel.
