All registrations must be completed and paid through July 4, 2017 in order to guarantee your requested t-shirt size.  After that date, we cannot guarantee your size will be available when you check in.

Effective July 11, 2017 a late fee of $10 will be added to each registration.


IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE TWO FORMS OF PICTURE ID DURING CHECK IN (ONE OF WHICH MUST BE POLICE OR FIRE ID)

Attention:  If you are registering as a spouse and your spouse will not be with you at check-in to provide their work ID, you must provide a copy of your spouse‚Äôs work ID.  If your last names are not the same, a copy of your marriage license will be required.  Spouses of non-commissioned employees are not eligible to participate.  Thank you for your understanding.

Information: 
MEN'S 5 ON 5: Event is limited to 24 teams, on a first come, first serve basis.
Twelve (12) player maximum roster. Round Robin play, single elimination tournament.

Men's/Women's 5 on 5 with a 7 man roster can have 1 guest player. (8-12 man roster, NO GUEST PLAYER)  

ALL MEN'S 3 ON 3: Event is limited 12 teams, on a first come, first serve basis. Seven (7) player maximum roster. Round Robin play, single elimination tournament.
Men's/Women's 3 on 3 with a 4 man roster can have 1 guest player(5-7 man roster, NO GUEST PLAYER)



Additional Fees: Court Fee $15.00 This fee is charged per event number.
