The ranges are
approximates and may be slightly different on the day of the competition due to
physical limitations of the facility. The correct, actual ranges will be posted
at the target line.
Classifications:
Open- Any sighting
system, bipods/monopods;
Limited- Iron sights only, no bipod/monopod;
Matches:
OPEN PATROL RIFLE- 3
sighting rounds in 3 minutes at 100 yards.
Stage 1 is 10 rounds
in 60 seconds at a B27 target at 100 yards. Standing position only.
90 seconds to prepare
for next stage.
Stage 2 is 10 rounds
in 90 seconds at a B27 target at 200 yards. Any position except prone.
90 seconds to prepare
for next stage.
Stage 3 is 10 rounds
in 120 seconds at a B27 target at 300 yards. Any position.
LIMITED PATROL RIFLE-
3 sighting rounds in 3 minutes at 100 yards.

General rules:
Any safe center fire
rifle can be used. Slings, bipods, cheek rests, shooting mats, shooting
jackets, etc, can be used depending on classification.
All stages will start
from the standing position with rifle held at port arms.
No equipment may be
added or taken off of a rifle during a match, i.e. adding a bipod for the prone
stage.
No supports such as
shooting sticks, sand bags or packs may be used.
Shooters may use
spotting scopes, but cannot have spotters assisting.
There are no alibis.
Any failure to complete the required number of rounds will result in the loss
of those points.
Cease fire will be
called when time expires. Any late shots will be penalized -5 points + loss of
highest scoring round per late shot.
Target misidentification (rounds on wrong target). -5 points for
first round + loss of round value, -5 points for second round + loss of round
value, DQ for 3 or more rounds on wrong target. This is cumulative for the
match-not per stage.
Scoring will be per
B27 marking rings.
Additional Fees: Per Event 10.00 This fee is charged per event number.
