The CrossFit competition will be held on Saturday, August 11, time-TBA. Workouts for both individual & team Crossfit events-TBA. It will be at SinCity CrossFit. 930 wigwam pkwy Henderson, NV 89014. There will be a mens/womens open division, mens/womens masters division (40 and up), open team division(men or women or combination of both), & SWAT team division(SWAT members only).

Here is a brief descripton of the event:
CrossFit is the sport of fitness. Gymnastics, weightlifting, running, and plyometrics are all part of CrossFit. The workout will be at least 15minutes. Anyone free of injuries should be able to participate in this workout. There will be prizes awarded to the top 3 in each age, gender, & team categories.
