Events
Registration fee for the games is $55.00.An additional $5.00 is charged for each event you participate in.
Some events have additional fees (see below)
Please do not send cash, fees must be paid by check or money order. Credit cards are also accepted. For those who sign up on-line, we have now added an online registration form and payment is made through PayPal for your use.
The deadline for applications is 07/17/2012.
A late fee of $10.00 will be added for all entries received by mail after the deadline date.
A late fee of $25.00 will be added if signing up at registration. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
There will be additional fees for some sports. These are to be included when you pay your entry fee.
**The only exception is the buy-in for the Poker event** This fee will be paid at the event.

Returned checks: A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Refunds: Refunds will be honored if you are unable to participate because of a job related problem such as days off cancelled, transfer, or an injury or illness. Proof of the injury/illness would have to be submitted along with a written letter or e-mail request for refund. All Refunds require the approval of the Board of Directors and will be processed after the 2012 Games have been completed. A administrative fee of $20 will be applied for all refunds.
